Data Processing Agreement

Reference copy of the Data Processing Agreement for Enterprise customers of Operations. A countersigned copy is executed per Enterprise order.

Processing scope

Studio N.O.P.E. processes only the metadata needed to operate the Service: Authorized User identity (Stripe-verified buyer email), device records, Stripe subscription metadata, and license-key redemption. GitHub data, project content, notes, and vault items are stored only in chrome.storage.local on the Authorized User device and never pass through Processor infrastructure.

Sub-processors

Supabase (EU hosting), Stripe (billing), Cloudflare (edge geolocation), and Railway (marketing site). The current register is at operations.studionope.nl/sub-processors.
