How Studio N.O.P.E. handles personal data in the Operations Chrome extension and the related paid service.
What we process
Account data (the Stripe-verified buyer email), device metadata (a locally generated UUID plus a label, used to enforce the 3-device cap), subscription metadata mirrored from Stripe, and license-key redemption records. Everything else — projects, notes, bookmarks, vault items, and third-party API tokens — lives only in chrome.storage.local on your device.
Where it is hosted
Primary backend region is the European Union (Supabase, Frankfurt). Stripe and Railway are US-based sub-processors covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact privacy@studionope.nl to exercise any right. We respond within one month.
