Terms that govern your use of Operations — the Chrome extension, website, and paid plans provided by Studio N.O.P.E.
Plans
Personal is €6.99/month billed monthly or €39.99/year billed annually (equivalent to €3.33/month). Both include a 7-day free trial — card captured at checkout, no charge before day 8. Enterprise is custom per-seat pricing. All prices in EUR, exclusive of VAT.
Your content
Content you create in Operations (project definitions, notes, bookmarks, vault items) stays in chrome.storage.local on your device. You retain all rights; Studio N.O.P.E. does not receive or store it.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes go to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands, without limiting mandatory consumer rights under your local law.
